El Mejicana Mula

Ingredients:

• Hand full of mint
• 60ml of Tequila Reposado infused with peppermint tea
• 1 Peppermint spring
• 1 Lime 

Method

1. Grab a shaker and a hand full of mint
2. Add 6 lime wedges
3. Muddle the ingredients
4. Add 60ml of Tequila Reposado infused with peppermint tea
5. Pour into a High Ball Glass and add ice
6. Top up with Matso's Ginger Beer
7. Garnish with a peppermint spring and a lime wheel
