Ingredients:
- 45ml Akashi Japanese Whiskey
- 20ml Yuzu Juice
- 20ml honey soy syrup
- A few drops of Laphroaig
- Matso's Ginger Beer
Instructions:
1. Add 45ml of Akashi Japanese Whiskey to a cocktail shaker
2. Add 20ml of Yuzu Juice
3. Add 20ml of honey soy syrup
4. Fill the shaker with ice
5. Shake well
6. Strain into a rock glass filled with ice
7. Add a few drops of Laphroaig
8. Garnish with dehydrated lime and a star anise
