Matso's Illawarra Plum Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:
- 20ml Headlands Illawarra Plum
- 20ml Manly Spirits Zesty Limoncello
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml egg white
- Matso's Hard Lemon Alcoholic Lemonade

Instructions:
1. Make cocktail in a flute glass
2. Add 20ml of Headlands Illawarra Plum
3. Add 80ml of Matso's Ginger Beer
4. Add a dash of vanilla essence
5. Add a few drops of angostura bitters
6. Garnish with an Illawarra plum
