Matso's Lost Traveller

-  45ml Olmeca Resposado
- 15ml Campari
- 20ml lemon juice
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 15ml agave syrup
- 1 egg white
- A few dashes of Peychaud Bitters
- Matso's Ginger Beer / Matso's Chilli Ginger Beer

1. Add 45ml of Olmeda Resposado to a cocktail mixer
2. Add 15ml of Campari
3. Add 20ml of lemon juice
4. Add 30ml of pineapple juice
5. Add 15ml of agave syrup
6. Add a few dashes of Peychaud Bitters
7. Add 1 egg white
8. Add ice to the cocktail mixer
9. Shake well
10. Double strain into a chilled rock glass
11. Top up with Matso's Ginger Beer
12. Garnish with ground coffee and freeze-dried raspberries
