Matso's Lost Traveller

  • 45ml Olmeca Resposado
  • 15ml Campari
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml agave syrup
  • A few dashes of Peychaud Bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • Put all ingredients together add ice and shake well
  • Double strain into a rook glass
  • Top up with Matso’s Ginger Beer
  • Garnish with ground coffee and freeze-dried raspberries
