Ingredients:
- 45ml Gin
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 30ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a high ball glass
2. Fill with ice and top with Matso’s Hard Melon
3. Stir well to combine
4. Garnish with a mint sprig, Watermelon wedge, and dehydrated Orange
