As long as your item is returned in its ‘as new’ condition, we’re happy to sort you out with an exchange (equal value) or a refund (minus original and return shipping).

How to Return Your Goodies

  1. Email Us
    Shoot an email to matsos@gooddrinks.com.au within 14 days of delivery with these deets:

    • Your order number
    • What item you’d like refunded or exchanged
  2. We’ll Review & Approve
    Once we’ve given the green light, post your return back to us. Don’t forget to send us the tracking info so we know your parcel is on its way.
  3. Refund or Exchange
    When your item lands back with us and passes inspection, we’ll:

    • Process your refund to your original payment method (shipping costs not included), OR
    • Send you your shiny new exchange.

For Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us make it right. Email matsos@gooddrinks.com.au, and we’ll sort you out with a replacement or a full refund, pronto.

Shipping times may vary according to the postal services time frames, zones and does not include order processing time.

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) up to 12:00pm AWST.

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders can take up to 2 to 3 business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer under some circumstances.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email or phone call from our team. Emails may sometimes land in your spam folders, so give them a check.

All orders posted within Australia are shipped with standard Australia Post with a flat rate fee of 10.00 AUD.
