When you’re in Broome, a visit to Matso’s is a must!

What started as a humble family business is now one of Broome’s most iconic places to visit. Matso’s Broome Brewery is known for its laid-back atmosphere, food and, of course, the beer!

The brewery is open year-round and caters to both tourists and locals alike who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Throughout the dry season (April – October), Matso’s is the place to be on Tuesday nights for the Jam Night and also on Sunday afternoons for their Sunday sesh. Stay tuned to our social media for more information about the DJ’s, bands and soloists who will be performing, as well as any upcoming events.

When can I visit?

The chefs strive for the perfect balance between dishes and exciting local food pairings. Whether it’s upscale brewery meals or epic snacks, we have it all! We love our Mexican food too, so we have put together a cheeky little street taco menu that you can wash down with a cold cerveza from our ‘Taqueria’ in the beer garden, which is open Tuesday & Friday nights from 5pm and weekends from 12pm. What better place to kick back and relax!

Our brewery is renowned for Ginger Beer, Mango Beer, and evolving tap beer selection. Seasonal changes reflect our Head Brewer’s creativity and inspiration. Ask staff for the current seasonal taps or try our tasting paddle—pick 5 beers to sample. Relax with cold beers at Matso’s; a must during the bustling dry season (April – October). Don’t forget to reserve a table due to high demand!
