The Grinch

Ingredients:
- Cup of ice
- 1 shot (30ml) of Midori
- 1 shot (30ml) of white rum
- Squeeze of Lemon
- 10ml simple syrup
- Matso's Ginger Beer
- 1 Candy sprig

Method:
1. Pour all ingredients together over ice
2. Garnish with Candy Cane and Mint
