Experience the bold embrace of Matso’s ‘Dark & Stormy’ cocktail. Dark rum, zesty lime, sugar syrup, bitters, and a cheeky Matso’s Ginger Beer.
Ingredients
50ml Dark Rum
20ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
2 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
90ml Matso’s Ginger beer
Let's mix
- Shake the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Strain into ice-filled glass
- Top with Matso’s ginger beer and briefly stir
* Alternatively, you can use Matso’s Nightlife 6% Ginger Beer with Rum and Lime, which is our take on a Dark ‘N’ Stormy in a ready-to-drink can!
