Get into the festive spirit with a Matso’s Grinch cocktail! A refreshing blend of Midori, white rum, lemon and our favourite Matso’s Ginger Beer.

Ingredients Cup of ice
30ml of Midori
30ml of white rum
Squeeze of Lemon
10ml simple syrup
Matso's Ginger Beer
1 Candy sprig

Let's mix

Pour all ingredients together over ice
Garnish with Candy Cane and Mint
