February Facelift for Matso’s Broome Brewery

February Facelift for Matso’s Broome Brewery

Hi all,

We’ve got some important news about our home in Broome.

For the last 20 years, we’ve loved welcoming locals and travellers to our brewery and restaurant. And we want that to continue for another 20 years! To do that, we need to get on the tools and complete some upgrades to our brewery and restaurant. That means we have to close our doors for the month of February.

We know that’ll be disappointing news to some of you, but it’s the only way we can complete the kitchen and flooring work that will keep our home in tip top condition.

Here’s what our own Dannielle Hart had to say.

“Firstly we’re really sorry to inconvenience anyone. We looked at all options but this was the only way we could get the work done. Matso’s Broome Brewery is a heritage listed site and keeping that in the best possible shape is a responsibility we take really seriously.

“The good news is the February upgrades to the kitchen and flooring means Matso’s will continue to be a Broome favourite for many more years to come, ensuring the good times continue.

“Also, the February closure won’t change the availability of our beers at bottleshops and pubs around Australia. Matso’s Ginger Beer, Matso’s Mango Beer and Matso’s Hard Lemon will still be available in bottle, can and on tap nationally.”

Thanks in advance for the understanding, and after the work’s all done at the end of February, we can’t wait to celebrate over a beer in March.

Cheers,

Team Matso’s!
