Ingredients50ml Dark Rum
20ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
2 dash Angostura or other aromatic bitters
90ml Matso’s Ginger beer
Let's mix
Shake the first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into ice-filled glass
Top with Matso’s ginger beer and briefly stir
